Joseph P. Sirbak II of Cozen O’Connor and Peter Golden of Hall, Bloch, Garland & Meyer have stepped in to defend Norfolk Southern, an Atlanta-based rail transportation and logistics company, in a pending lawsuit. The action, was filed April 1 in Georgia Northern District Court by Warshauer Law Group on behalf of locomotive engineer Larry Coston, who contends he was wrongfully terminated for not operating a train at full speed. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Sarah E. Geraghty, is 1:22-cv-01304, Coston v. Norfolk Southern Railway Company.
