Insurance LitigationAttorneys at Swift, Currie, McGhee & Hiers on Thursday removed an insurance coverage lawsuit against State Farm Insurance to Georgia Northern District Court. The suit, which pertains to disputed property damage claims, was filed by The Bush Law Group on behalf of Canary Tree Service. The case is 1:22-cv-01990, Canary Tree Service v. State Farm Insurance Company.
