Wood Smith Henning & Berman filed a lawsuit Thursday in Georgia Northern District Court on behalf of Flectat Ltd. The suit, against AMG Construction Services Inc., Carros Metal Concepts Inc. and other defendants, seeks a declaration that Flectat has no duty to defend or indemnify defendants in an underlying action for fire damage claims because misrepresentations in a policy bar coverage. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:22-cv-02000, Flectat Ltd. v. AMG Construction Services, Inc. et al.
