Lawyers at Freeman, Mathis & Gary on Thursday removed an insurance coverage lawsuit against Tri-State Insurance Company of Minnesota to Georgia Northern District Court. The suit, pertaining to claims made under a property policy, was filed by Hall Hirsh Hughes LLC on behalf of Duluth Professional Park Condominium Association Inc.
