Counsel at Wilson Elser on Tuesday removed an insurance coverage lawsuit against American United Life Insurance Company to Georgia Northern District Court. The suit, which pertains to long-term disability coverage claims, was filed by Rogers & Hofrichter & Karrh on behalf of Donna Young. The case is 1:22-cv-02078, Young v.
