Whitney Lay Greene of Drew Eckl & Farnham has entered an appearance for U-Haul Co. of Georgia and U-Haul International Inc. in a pending lawsuit. The complaint, filed April 8 in Georgia Northern District Court by The Howard Law Firm on behalf of Jykeecia Raines, accuses U-Haul of negligence in failing to enforce appropriate regulations regarding the renting of a U-Haul truck under a false identity.
