Civil RightsToni J. Read and John S. Snelling of Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith have stepped in to defend Emory Healthcare Inc. in a pending lawsuit over alleged employment discrimination. The complaint was filed April 14 in Georgia Northern District Court by a pro se plaintiff who alleges sex discrimination based on perceived sexual orientation. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Mark H. Cohen, is 1:22-cv-01445, Mendez v. Emory Healthcare, Inc.
