The suit was filed April 13 in Georgia Northern District Court by Fried Goldberg LLC on behalf of the Estate of Nicholle Knight. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Charles A. Pannell Jr, is 1:22-cv-01435, Preston v. Werner Enterprises, Inc.
