Advance Services Inc., Corteva Agriscience, and Pioneer Hi-Bred International were hit with an employment lawsuit Tuesday in Georgia Middle District Court on behalf of 13 migrant agricultural workers. The court case, brought by Dawson Morton and Texas RioGrande Legal Aid, accuses the defendants of failing to pay the plaintiffs minimum wage and violating the Migrant and Seasonal Agricultural Worker Protection Act. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:22-cv-00074, Caudillo et al v. Advance Services, Inc. et al.
