Attorneys at Swift, Currie, McGhee & Hiers on Thursday removed a lawsuit against Domingo Ledesma, Mary Jane Cuevas and Dominga Ledesma to Georgia Northern District Court. The complaint, for personal injury claims arising from a motor vehicle collision, was filed by Ali Awad Law on behalf of Charles W. Jarrett. The case is 1:22-cv-02207, Jarrett v. Ledesma et al.
