Ford Motor Co. and Nexteer Automotive Corporation were hit with a wrongful death lawsuit Wednesday in Georgia Middle District Court. The court action, arising from an allegedly faulty steering system in a Ford F-150, was filed by Conley Griggs Partin LLP and the Cheeley Law Group on behalf of Barry Wayne Wooten and Beverly Wooten. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 5:22-cv-00209, Wooten et al v. Ford Motor Company et al.
