Led by Jay Neely, vice president for law and public affairs, it “oversees contracts involving billions of dollars annually and manages significant regulatory requirements, including Know Your Customer anti-money laundering and sanctions management rules, and import and export issues that arise with the sale of the world’s most technologically advanced business jet to governments and individuals,” according to its nominator essay. “It also manages complex litigation and myriad issues concerning the company’s workforce of over 15,000 people operating across the US and internationally.”
