Simon Malko has served as managing partner of Morris, Manning & Martin in Atlanta since 2019. He is the third managing partner in the firm’s history and its youngest. (He was 46 when his promotion was announced in 2018.)

According to his nominator essay, Malko led Morris Manning to new heights in 2021, with the firm’s gross revenue increasing 9.7% to $167.7 million, net income rising 1.9% to $67.4 million and the realization rate going up by about 5%.
