AAA Discount Homes, Delta Transport & Management Inc. and other defendants were hit with a lawsuit Thursday in Georgia Southern District Court. The suit, filed by Kendall Mandell LLC on behalf of Auto-Owners Insurance Company, seeks a declaration that the plaintiff has no duty to defend or indemnify the defendants in an underlying lawsuit arising from a property damage claim. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 6:22-cv-00043, Auto-Owners Insurance Company v. AAA Discount Homes, LLC et al.
