This year’s Georgia Legal Food Frenzy, the law industry’s 11th annual statewide food drive, raised $880,248.08—short of its $1 million goal and less than last year’s record $936,883, but a victory nevertheless, organizers are saying.
The event took place April 18-29, but the fundraising total was not announced until June 6, because it took about a month to tally the offline donations after $727,708.20 was collected in online contributions, according to the organizers.
