When a lawsuit is retried in Gwinnett County State Court starting Aug. 1 after its first trial was declared a mistrial by a judge in 2018, the plaintiffs' attorneys want to make sure Randy Evans, their opposing counsel and former U.S. ambassador to Luxembourg, is never referred to as "ambassador" in court.
