Several law firms in Atlanta and the Southeast region have added new partners, counsel and associates this month, including Greenberg Traurig, Womble Bond Dickinson and Kessler & Solomiany, among others.

Greenberg Traurig brought on Matthew Nichols, an infrastructure finance attorney, as a shareholder in Atlanta. Nichols focuses on the municipal market, working on leveraged finance, direct placements, syndicated private placements and municipal bond offerings.
