Fox Rothschild filed an interpleader complaint Friday in Georgia Northern District Court on behalf of Primerica. The suit, against C&J Financial, Marvin Kenneth Fields and Minnie Summerville, seeks to determine the proper beneficiaries of a life insurance policy.
