It’s day three of a phone-system outage at the Georgia Court of Appeals.

The intermediate appellate court first learned of the system failure on Tuesday, according to Court of Appeals of Georgia Clerk Steve E. Castlen. He said the cause of the outage has been determined, but repairing the phone system will take some time.
