Hall Booth Smith has onboarded roughly half the lawyers of dissolving midsize firm Koster, Brady & Nagler, resulting in a new office of construction defect attorneys in Red Bank, New Jersey, for the Atlanta-headquartered firm.

The addition of approximately 10 attorneys marks Hall Booth Smith’s third significant expansion of 2022, continuing the now 345-lawyer firm’s strategy of establishing new offices in whichever geographic markets their clients have interest by leveraging their national platform to acquire regional firms.
