Lawyers at Mozley Finlayson & Loggins on Tuesday removed a breach-of-contract lawsuit against Infinity Books Inc., Joshua Knight and other defendants to Georgia Northern District Court. The suit, filed by Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough on behalf of Samuel Books, a subsidiary of Rittenhouse Media, accuses defendants of fraudulently inducing plaintiff into purchasing a software platform that would assist plaintiff in selling college textbooks online. The case is 1:22-cv-02464, Samuel Books, LLC v. Infinity Books, Inc. et al.
