Wilson Elser filed a breach-of-contract lawsuit Thursday in Georgia Northern District Court on behalf of Trustmark Health Benefits Inc., a third party claim review service provider to health plan administrators. The suit pursues claims against Walton County Board of Commissioners for unilaterally breaching an administrative services agreement and accuses employee benefits firm MSI Benefits Group and Matthew S. Bidwell of fraudulent misrepresentation in brokering the agreement. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:22-cv-02514, Trustmark Health Benefits, Inc. v. Walton County Board of Commissioners et al.
