Attorneys at Womble Bond Dickinson on Tuesday removed a wrongful foreclosure lawsuit against PHH Mortgage Corporation and U.S. Bank National Association as Indenture Trustee for VCC 2020-MC1 Trust to Georgia Northern District Court. The complaint was filed by attorney Schuyler Elliott on behalf of Ra Oliver LLC. The case is 1:22-cv-02579, Ra Oliver, LLC v.
