Attorneys at Fain, Major & Brennan on Wednesday removed an insurance coverage lawsuit against Allstate Fire and Casualty Insurance Company to Georgia Northern District Court. The suit, which pertains to disputed property damage claims, was filed by The Huggins Law Firm on behalf of Brian D. Haklin and Terri Haklin. The case is 1:22-cv-02599, Haklin et al v. Allstate Fire and Casualty Insurance Company.
