Webb, Zschunke, Neary, & Dikeman removed an insurance coverage lawsuit against Allstate to Georgia Middle District Court on Friday. The suit, for a disputed property damage claim, was filed by attorneys Heidi A. Honis and Aubrey T. Villines Jr. on behalf of Barbara L. Jarvis. Counsel have not yet entered an appearance on the docket in 3:22-cv-00071, Jarvis v. Allstate Property And Casualty Insurance Company.
