Fifth Third Bancorp, a financial services company headquartered in Cincinnati, sued 1st Choice Renovations and Construction Inc., The 1 Educators Inc. and Gregory Lashon Allen Thursday in Georgia Northern District Court for alleged default on loans totaling more than $665,000. The suit was filed by Burr & Forman. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:22-cv-02625, Fifth Third Bank, National Association v. 1st Choice Renovations And Construction, Inc. et al.
