Lawyers at McMickle, Kurey, & Branch on Wednesday removed a lawsuit against Triangle Group Companies and other defendants to Georgia Northern District Court. The suit, filed by Litchfield Cavo on behalf of Masis Staffing Solutions, accuses defendants of failing to pay nearly $455,000 in connection with a default judgment arising from an underlying breach-of-contract action. The case is 1:22-cv-02754, Masis Staffing Solutions, LLC v. Triangle Group Companies, Limited Liability Company et al.
