Novartis, a Swiss-based pharmaceutical company, and other defendants were sued Wednesday in Georgia Northern District Court over alleged employment discrimination. The lawsuit was brought by the Law Office of John P. Batson on behalf of Jessica Norres, who contends that she was wrongfully terminated after reporting adverse information to her direct manager regarding a Novartis nurse 'falsifying medical documents.' Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:22-cv-02753, Norres v. Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corp. et al.
