A former pharmaceutical sales representative is after more than $750,000 in damages following her alleged wrongful termination from Novartis, a Swiss-based pharmaceutical company.
As spotted on Law.com Radar, South Carolina plaintiff Jessica Norres filed an employment discrimination complaint in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia against the international company, her Georgia manager and New Jersey associate human resources director.
