Bank advertising platform Cardlytics has elevated one of its in-house attorneys to serve as the Atlanta-based company's chief legal and privacy officer.

Nick Lynton announced in a LinkedIn post Tuesday that he took on the new legal role this week. Cardlytics works with financial institutions to run their rewards programs. Its clients include banking heavyweights Bank of America, JPMorgan Chase and Wells Fargo, and it has offices in London, New York, San Francisco and Visakhapatnam, India.
