Attorneys at DLA Piper on Wednesday removed a breach-of-contract lawsuit against WesTech Engineering Inc. to Georgia Northern District Court. The suit, filed by Robbins Alloy Belinfante Littlefield on behalf of Mark C. Boner, accuses defendant of failing to purchase the remaining interest in WWETCO LLC for $100,000 in accordance with an executed purchase and sale of LLC interest agreement. The case is 1:22-cv-02661, Boner v. WesTech Engineering, Inc.
