Defense attorneys at Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz removed a lawsuit against FedEx and other defendants to Georgia Middle District Court on Friday. The complaint, for wrongful death claims arising from a fatal motor vehicle collision, was filed by Reynolds, Horne & Survant on behalf of Robin Glessner. The case is 5:22-cv-00251, Glessner v. Smith et al.
