Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein sued the City of Gainesville, Georgia, and certain code enforcement officials on Friday in Georgia Northern District Court over alleged harassment and tortious interference with the use and sale of real property. The suit pursues claims on behalf of Gainesville homeowners who contend that they were targeted by neighbors and city officials after reporting a trespassing incident. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 2:22-cv-00133, Farr et al v. Daling et al.
