Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton filed a declaratory judgment action Thursday in Georgia Northern District Court on behalf of electronics manufacturer Hisense USA. The suit seeks judgment that its products do not infringe several patents asserted by the defendant, Brightplus Ventures LLC. The case is 1:22-cv-02774, Hisense USA Corporation v. Brightplus Ventures LLC.
