Taylor English Duma sued the City of Carrollton, Georgia, and various city officials Thursday in Georgia Northern District Court on behalf of real estate developer Q Hayward Holdings LLC. The complaint alleges that the city has caused the plaintiff more than $22 million in damages by unlawfully withholding sewer services from a 260-unit residential development that was previously approved for construction. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 3:22-cv-00129, Q Hayward Holdings, LLC v. City of Carrollton Georgia et al.
