A judge who ordered a witness to keep her mouth shut while on the witness stand won’t be kicked off the underlying case as requested by petitioner counsel.
Instead, Fulton County Chief Judge Christopher Brasher will continue to preside over the employment law dispute after Fulton County Superior Court Judge Rachel Krause determined grounds for recusal had not been met.
