Many Atlanta associates in the survey complained that law firms aren't keeping pace with market pay, and they want to see more flexibility in remote working.

Atlanta associates have given their law firms high marks for culture and support from colleagues, but many associates in the city have also complained that firms aren't keeping pace with market pay, and they want more flexibility in remote working.
That's according to the latest American Lawyer Midlevel Associates Survey, where these associates graded their workplaces on 12 different categories of job satisfaction, from pay and benefits to training and relations with partners.
