Womble Bond Dickinson filed an interpleader complaint Friday in Georgia Northern District Court on behalf of Southern Farm Bureau Life Insurance Company. The suit seeks to resolve a dispute over death benefits. Counsel have not yet appeared for the claimants. The case is 4:22-cv-00162, Southern Farm Bureau Life Insurance Company v. Kile et al.
