Counsel at Greenberg Traurig on Friday removed a product liability and wrongful death lawsuit against Medtronic to Georgia Northern District Court. The suit was filed by Goddard & Hammontree on behalf of a couple who allege that a faulty insulin pump caused the fetal death of their son. The case is 4:22-cv-00166, Jackson et al v. Medtronic, Inc. et al.
