Wrongful DeathAttorneys at Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith on Thursday removed a wrongful death lawsuit against Nissan Motor, Nissan USA, Zurich Insurance Group and other defendants to Georgia Northern District Court. The complaint arises from a fatal motor vehicle collision involving a Nissan Altima and a tractor-trailer. Wetherington Law Firm represents the surviving relatives of the driver of the Nissan and two passengers killed in the crash. The case is 1:22-cv-02999, Thigpen et al v. Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. et al.
