Lawyers at Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith on Wednesday removed a wrongful death lawsuit against Nissan USA to Georgia Northern District Court. The complaint was filed by Ashby Thelen Lowry on behalf of the owners of a 2008 Nissan Sentra. The case is 1:22-cv-03066, Wilson et al v. Nissan North America, Inc.
