The Supreme Court of Georgia kicked off its new court term with a round of musical chairs Tuesday. Now seated in the center of the nine-member bench is new Chief Justice Michael Boggs. Located all the way to the right, newcomer Andrew Pinson also joined the justices for his high court debut.

“Good morning counsel and welcome to the Supreme Court,” Boggs said. “On behalf of my colleagues, I’m also excited to welcome for his first oral argument, our newest justice, Justice Andrew Pinson.”
