Birmingham-based law firm Burr & Forman has added a veteran federal prosecutor, Robin Mark, one of the latest investigation hires in Big Law as law firms see growing demand in their white-collar defense practices.

Mark, based in Birmingham, joins the Am Law 200 firm after 10 years as an assistant U.S. attorney for the Northern District of Alabama, most recently as the deputy chief of the criminal division overseeing the prosecution of white-collar matters, the firm said.
