After nearly three decades of judicial service, Clayton County State Court Chief Judge Linda S. Cowen will retire at the end of the year.
“It’s simply time to retire after 27 years on the bench,” Cowen told the Daily Report.
"I intend to become more involved in nonprofit organizations that benefit the special needs community on the south side of Atlanta," said Clayton County State Court Chief Judge Linda S. Cowen. "I have an adult son who is severely autistic, and his care and well-being in the future is of great concern."
