The Georgia Court of Appeals has affirmed the conviction for giving false statements, hindering the apprehension of a criminal and concealing a death for Bo Dukes, a suspect involved in a South Georgia murder investigation dating back to 2005.

Earlier this year, Dukes’ roommate Ryan Duke was found not guilty of murdering Ocilla teacher Tara Grinstead, who went missing from Irwin County in 2005. However, he was indicted on other charges of concealing the death and apprehending an arrest in June.
