FedEx was sued Thursday in Georgia Northern District Court for personal injury claims arising from a motor vehicle collision. The lawsuit was brought by Brown Barnwell P.C. on behalf of Tiffany Scott. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2:22-cv-00207, Scott v. Federal Express Corporation.
