Counsel at Hall Booth Smith on Friday removed a slip-and-fall lawsuit against Marriott International, d/b/a Courtyard by Marriott, to Georgia Northern District Court. The suit was filed by Bey & Associates on behalf of Quran Calhoun. The case is 1:22-cv-04047, Calhoun v. Marriott International, Inc.
