Chava Brandriss and Patrick J. Curran Jr. of Davis Wright Tremaine have stepped in to represent Navy Federal Credit Union in a pending class action over alleged breaches of consumer credit or privacy laws. The complaint was filed Sept. 9 in Georgia Northern District Court by the law offices of Shimshon Wexler. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Michael L. Brown, is 1:22-cv-03744, Brown v. Navy Federal Credit Union.
