Luxottica Group SpA, a subsidiary of eyewear conglomerate EssilorLuxottica, and Costa Del Mar Inc. sued flea market owner Bill's Flea Market Inc. and William Orr Tuesday in Georgia Northern District Court over trademark infringement claims. The lawsuit, filed by Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith and Rosemberg Law, accuses Bill's of selling illegal 'knock-off' goods including counterfeits of Ray-Ban, Oakley and Costa sunglasses. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:22-cv-04354, Luxottica Group S.p.A. et al v. Bill's Flea Market, Inc.
