Attorneys at Akerman on Friday removed a breach-of-contract lawsuit against Allstate to Georgia Northern District Court. The suit, filed by Ichter Davis LLC on behalf of Viorica Budeanu and GV Agency Inc., alleges wrongful termination of an Allstate Exclusive Agency Agreement. The case is 1:22-cv-04413, Budeanu et al v. Allstate Insurance Company.
